AI feature notice Version 0.2 — effective 2026-09-02, last updated 2026-09-02 Draft — pending legal review What the AI designer sends, where it goes, what it can and cannot do, and how to avoid it entirely. What it is Popfinch has one AI feature: a designer that turns a typed instruction into a widget. It runs only when somebody in your account uses it. Nothing about your account, your leads or your visitors is sent to a model at any other time. What is sent, and to whom - The instruction you type. - A summary of the widget being edited — its type, its current text and design settings. - A screenshot of your website, if you choose to attach one. That goes to Anthropic PBC in the United States, under standard contractual clauses. Leads are never sent. Neither are the contents of your database, other widgets, or anything about your visitors. [To be settled] Owner verification outstanding: the Anthropic account type, and whether its terms exclude use of inputs for training and limit retention. Until that is confirmed in writing, treat a screenshot of a page containing personal data as something you should not attach. What it may and may not do The designer writes drafts. It cannot set a widget live, and neither can any agent holding an API token — publishing is a human decision inside your account, every time. It cannot read your leads, and it cannot reach another organisation's data. What it produces is a suggestion. A model can be wrong about what a rule does or write copy that does not suit your business, so read a draft before publishing it, exactly as you would read a colleague's. No automated decision is made about any of your visitors. The AI designs a widget; the rules about who sees it are the ones a person set. What is recorded Each use records the model, the number of tokens and the cost, so the monthly AI allowance on your plan can be enforced. The prompt itself, the screenshot and the output are not stored by Popfinch. Each plan carries a monthly ceiling. When it is reached the feature says so and stops, rather than silently continuing to spend. Avoiding it Do not use the panel and nothing is sent. If the service is running without an AI key configured, the feature states that it is unavailable rather than failing quietly. An owner can switch it off for the whole organisation, under Team. Off is a refusal rather than a hidden button: the server declines the request, so nothing anybody types into the panel reaches a model. Widgets already built are untouched. --- Operator: Vielendark s. r. o., Cyprichova 2477/24, 831 53 Bratislava - mestská časť Rača, Slovakia.
